From the moment I discovered blogging, I was hooked. It is like people watching only you can do it in your underwear. The little snipits into others stories is fascinating. I also adore writing and think that my writing style is unique, easy to read and sometimes humorous. This isn’t my first attempt at blogging, the first one was about my attempt at intutive eating and the second one was kind of random. I have been dreaming about a new direction for my blog (s) and decided that I would just start from scratch here.
The purpose of this blog is to allow me to write about everything that I want to write about while holding myself accountable for my relationship with food and exercise. I plan to share my life while sharing what I eat, what I drink and how I move. My goal is to be completely honest about my relationship with food; the good, the bad and the ugly. In the end, I would like to have a more sane relationship with food, exercise and my own self esteem.
